Directions:
Adults: Take 1-3 capsules 3 times daily with food.
Children 6-12yrs: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
Precautions: Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Due to the Horseradish content those with thyroid conditions should take Congest-X with caution.
