Pregnancy increases dramatically the nutritional requirements of a mother’s diet. Various minerals and vitamins are essential for a healthy pregnancy and development of your baby. Pregnancy nutrition is an important factor in a baby’s long-term health, as well as that of the mother. Teas have traditionally been used to boost intake of vitamins and minerals, and Artemis Pregnancy Tea is based on traditional Swiss midwifery health systems.
Artemis Pregnancy Tea:

Content: 30g prime loose herbs serving 30 cups of tea.
Directions: Take 1-3 cups daily for full priming, strengthening and nourishing benefit from the 4th month onwards, and 3 cups daily form the 5th month onwards. Continue after birth for a few weeks to ensure a speedy recovery and ease of breastfeeding.
Advice: Check with your health professional if you are on prescription medicines. At the recommended dosage clinically relevant herb-drug interactions are not known.
Preparation: Take 1 teaspoon (1g) per cup (175ml), place into infuser, plunger or tea pot, pour over boiling water and infuse for 5-10 minutes.
