Aeon Giftware

Aeon Giftware creates an array of beautiful New Zealand wooden souvenirs and gifts inspired by the country’s distinctive Maori heritage. Every piece is crafted, carved and etched from native New Zealand Rimu and Kauri timber by employing traditional and contemporary wood working techniques.  Its owner, Mike Carlton, started Aeon Giftware as a response to the struggles of the small Katikati township in New Zealand’s Eastern Bay of Plenty. Mike began by assisting to fundraise for the now famous Katikati murals to raise visitor numbers to the town. Mike would then make screen printed Kauri coasters and sell them through local craft stores. Eventually Aeon Giftware would expand to make a vast selection of uniquely kiwi souvenir and gift products.  Aeon Giftware products make stunnning gifts and is unique to the land and culture of New Zealand.
