This Massage and Body Balm contains a combination of natural ingredients such as Arnica. Arnica is wonderful for massage and is believed to help increase circulation and help reduce both pain and swelling. It is also considered a natural anti-inflammatory. The Almond and Olive Oil in this formula are also known to be highly moisturizing for skin while the Beeswax helps lock in moisture and protect the skin as well.
