Locally in New Zealand the Afgan biscuit is loved and favoured over many others. This rough surfaced biscuit has stong structure but soft yet crispy to the bite. A chocolaty styled biscuit with lovely choc-icing on the top is great for dipping in to hot drinks or cold milk if you prefer.
