The Jack Link’s X-stick is a salami style stick but with much less fat than a traditional salami.
Jack Links use 100% NZ Beef. The sticks are lightly seasoned before they are put on a slow cook in a smoke oven.
They are an excellent source of protein and iron, with fewer calories, fat and carbs per serving than most other snacks like chips, pretzels, crackers or confectionery.
