Pewter is a metal alloy. It is a combination of more than one metal that consists mainly of tin. Pewter can look very similar to silver. No one knows exactly when or how pewter was invented. Chinese pewter, believed to be about 2,000 years old, has been found. Romans used pewter for small utensils and seals.

New Zealand has two feral pigs, the Kune-Kune Pig and the Captain Cooker Pig. The question of where Kune Kunes originally came from is still under debate. The Captain Cooker Pig is New Zealand\’s European-introduced feral pig. It is considerably larger than the kune kune, with a longer, straighter snout and without tassels. Most Captain Cookers roam in small groups or by themselves throughout the native bush of New Zealand. Although kunes have been domesticated since their earliest origins in China, several feral or semi-feral groups have been reported living together.
