Mossop’s Manuka honey is a blend honey sourced from various areas throughout the North Island from the Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium), which is commonly referred to as Tea tree. Mossop’s employs a natural granulation method when processing honey to ensure the natural properties and flavours of their honeys remain intact.

To prevent over stirring, Mossop’s only stir their honeys for a couple of hours during the creaming process. This maintains the natural flavours, aromas and storing ability of honey. The unique natural process employed by Mossop’s gives their honeys a distinctive texture.
