This tantalizing Kiwi Gold Liqueur from the ZESPRI GOLD Kiwifruit features layers of complexity that you wouldn’t imagine possible, a positive cocktail of tropical flavours.

This high quality Kiwi Gold Liqueur is made by Distillerie Deinlein. These distilled fruit liqueurs are best enjoyed at room temperature to release their natural bouquet.

The process of distilling is simple and time honoured.We use ripe and sweet ZESPRITM GOLD Kiwifruit to achieve the high quality of fruit distillate we need for this Liqueur. The pulped fruit is infused with neutral spirits, distilled in New Zealand from fermented whey. This pulp is, after a few days, batch distilled in our copper still. The traditional form of the pot still and the skill of the distiller combine to yield a small amount of pure fruit essence - the natural flavours and aromas of the fruit.

Once blended, the Kiwi Gold Liqueur is aged for another few months, before being presented to you for drinking.

• 30mL 8thTRIBE Kiwi Gold Liqueur
• 30mL Cloudy Apple Juice
• 45mL Cranberry Juice

Combine all ingredients in a Boston Shaker (tip: don't forget the ice!). Strain into a chilled long glass, Garnish with a slice of apple.
