Worldwide (International)

We have a range of products that you can enjoy FREE WORLDWIDE delivery when purchasing (Standard International Airmail)

 

STANDARD & EXPRESS Delivery Options (International orders):

Shop New Zealand offers both STANDARD and EXPRESS (international courier) delivery options for you to choose from. Please understand that the delivery time frames are targets ONLY and they are not guaranteed. From our experience, depending on the country some customs authorities take longer than others to process inward goods/packages, some airlines do require stopovers before reaching the destination country and for these reasons may cause a delay. How the international postal services/customs operate we have absolutely no control over, but like every postal services including NZ Post the time frames are a guideline and aimt to have your parcel delivered within the time frames. Shipments to Australia are faster than other countries which will be the less than the time frames advised between 3-10 business days.

Standard Delivery option

For International shipments, please allow for between eight (8) to twenty one (21) business days from the date of dispatch unless specified otherwise in the item description. This lead time is also subject to the Customs & Duty requirements of the recipient country and the speed at which the parcels can be cleared.

Orders sent by Standard International Air are NOT guaranteed trace & trace. Depending on the combined weight of your order, a "CC" number may be assigned however may not guarantee tracking results online. Please contact us for more info in this.

 

Express (International Courier) Delivery option

The delivery target is normally between three (3) to ten (10) business days from the date of dispatch unless specified otherwise in the item description. If for any reason Shop New Zealand is unable to dispatch your order within five (5) business days we will contact you with the details you have provided and communicate to you the expected dispatch date. 

All orders shipped using our Express Delivery Option is a Registered service which guarantees track & trace. Please note that a signature will be required upon final delivery of goods unless you provide specific instructions, which again are beyond our control with international postal services.

Please understand that Shop New Zealand takes no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address/insufficient address provided by you and that you are responsible for the cost to resend an order that is returned due those reasons. It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address details are correct and current to ensure a high chance of a successful delivery.    

Extra charges/fees may apply for Express options which we will contact you should this apply to your order.

 

Local deliveries (within New Zealand)

Our courier/delivery services cannot deliver to any box lobbies/PO box addresses locally (within New Zealand), therefore you will need to provide us with an up to date physical address to ensure a successful delivery. 

Delivery time frame:

Residential/business address: May take overnight (next business day) up to five (5) business days depending on the location/city.

Rural areas: May require an additional three-five (3-5) business days on top of normal residential/business delivery time frame.

Track and trace is guaranteed and will be provided to you in the confirmation email upon shipment. Please contact our customer service team should you have any queries regarding the track and trace or delivery time frame.

Actual & Volumetric Weight

The calculation and charge for the shipping of your consignment using EXPRESS is based on the total weight of the consignment, with the Actual or Volumetric (dimensional) weight applying depending on which is greater.

Customs and Duty:

Your order may be subject to customs requirements and also import duties and taxes once your order reaches the respective country of destination. Please note we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country, this also includes parcels that are detained or confiscated if they are deemed prohibited by the customs authority in the recipient country.

Any duties and taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the destination country, are at your cost. Also shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments due to the unwillingness to pay for custom charges. We strongly advise you to research more info on customs regulations in the destination country prior.

 

Restricted products

Some products may be restricted or not allowed in some countries.  Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if the items you are ordering are permitted in your country then it is solely your responsibility to check.

For deliveries to high risk countries we will request proof of identity documents, this also pertains to any products with age restrictions.

Shop New Zealand is also registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and able to ship products to the United States requiring FDA prior notification. 

Parcel(s) unclaimed

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned. 

Lost-in-delivery

If by chance you have still not received your order after 30 working days due to goods being Lost-in-delivery, you are advised to contact our Customer Service Team. We can then assist in tracking your order and advising on the status of the parcels delivery.

Export Licence

The Ministry for Primary Industries has designated Shop New Zealand as a registered exporter of New Zealand dairy products. Export licenses are granted to applicants on the basis of its share of total milk solids acquired from New Zealand dairy farmers. This enables Shop New Zealand to export to regions such as the United States, Japan and the European Union.
